I have 6 fixed night vision CCTV cameras around the outside of my home, but I wanted to fill in some blind spots in my front. I chose this Zmodo P/T camera because of the low cost, so I really didn't expect too much.I mounted it at the peak of my roof over my garage. Installation was easy, after running the CCTV cable thru the attic.After connecting to my DVR and powering up the camera, I was Blown Away at how good the picture resolution and color are. My DVR is also a Zmodo, so the P/T control software is easy to use and accurate to point.The most Amazing thing is the after dark picture quality. My home is several hundred feet in each direction from streetlights, but this camera still thinks it's daylight at midnight. It's picture is FAR better then ANY of my fixed cameras with IR night optics.I have noticed just one shortcoming so far worth mentioning. The camera can be set up with up to 32 preset aiming points, which can then be used to set up a (Cruse or Patrol) program to run automatically. I found that if you set the "Stay Time" of the "Presets" for less then 30 seconds, that after several hours the camera will wander off locations some. Power cycling the camera clears it back to it's correct presets, but setting the "Stay Times" to 30 seconds seems to prevent the problem in the first place.

It Pan N Tilt nicely ... I have two so not both work at the same time the address can be changed so one at a time works.. Good at night with just a little light... Can't see far at night but don't need to.. Great shipping every time...

This thing works well in manual mode just remember, it doesn't have a focus or zoom command. In auto mode I find it goes all green if it has to run thru unlit areas some nights. Not a good thing but I still like it as it has good vision in low light yet has no night vision equipment. The picture gets grainy in the dark but it is a clear picture. I use to park my car in front of a cheaper night vision camera, but I found this one give a better pic tho I'm not sure why. I plan to buy one more of this model later
