Shipping- The seller sent the items about 3 days after I had placed my order and the box was at my door 2 days after that. The cameras were packaged very well and everything looked clear of any dings.Camera- The first thing you notice about the camera is how light it feels. For something that costs $150+ it is surprising to see how lightweight it feels.However, it stil feels sturdy so this is nothing to worry about.The picture quality on this camera is phenomenal. I have used samsung cameras in the past and find that they excel in picture quality and ease of use in the on screen controls.I found the wire connection area to be a little flimsy and noticed that the wire is kept from yanking from the board by some zip ties. This problem goes away once the cameras are installed but be sure to take extra care not to damage this vital area.Although I understand these cameras are used to add into existing connections, I found it strange that there was no bnc cable included in the box.I also had to do a little bit of "electrical work" because the power connections on this camera was not the same as you see on traditional cctc cameras. However, all I had to do was cut the wire, separate the positive/negatives and use a small screwdriver to fit them into the included connector.I have had these installed for about 3 weeks throughout my business and I find it very easy to identify faces even from some distance.These cameras are very discrete and if wired correctly, they look very sharp and my customers feel comfortable to know that there is a quality piece of equipment looking out for them.Overall, these cameras get a 4/5 from me with the strong being the picture quality and the weak being the cheaper materials especially the feel of the wire connection.
