Amazon and apexis have both got the specification wrong on this camera.It does not have pan/tilt or any audioon the plus side the software supplied is ok (mac and pc support).I have tested it on the following browsers and it works on internet explorer, firefox, google chrome, maemo (nokia n900), android browsers (galaxy and galaxy tab).

There is no Built-in Microphone or speaker and the IR never even worked. Had unusable cracked CD and a crushed box, Item was sent back.

My experience with this product isn't a good one! I purchased 2 cameras. Both boxes were tape with some sort of packing tape. Upon further inspection, it didn't seem the products were taken out of the box. So I proceeded...First, the manual is writer horribly. A first grader could have done better. The manufacture should be ashamed! Notes on the manufactures web site are not better.Configuration was somewhat smooth but that is where it ended. Once I removed the hardwire the cams where NOT found via WiFi. By trade I am an IT professional so I know a thing or two about this stuff. But no way, no how did either cam work on WiFi. Additionally I was unable to view cams uing the web address for remote viewing.I contacted the vender directly for some explanation, they are a China based company so I had to do this at 8PM EST as this was their opening time. At 2:30 EST I decided the tech was not sure what to do and just kept playing with the settings of my router. He changed almost everything (that really shouldn't have needed to be touched) but I let him have his run just to prove my point. So he said that my router wasn't compatible! How do you say BS in Chinese please?I wonder if Amazon has this manufacture flagged because when I called to say I wanted to return the product and explained why, no questions were asked and a FULL refund was issued.I am researching other manufactures to make purchase at this time. I admire Amazon for their support.
