the software that came with it did not recognize the camerai almost gave up after an hour of trying different ways to connect it to the rourter.finaly i noticed that it has an IP adress on it's label in the back.getting into the camera directly i was able to configure the wireless netwrok. of course i have to do the same in my rourter.after getting it to work for the first week every time i viewed it in my browser it will reboot the camera and get the computer stuck.for some unknown reason it works now.the quality of the image is great. the sound is realy bad.if you don't have some one to help you with setup DON'T get this one.
