Good engineering, bad build quality. This thing had potential... had.Made in China (flubbed in China). I get the feeling they don't really understand capitalism. You have to build a product people will actually want, not one they have to buy, which means putting effort into producing a working unit. This one was DOA. Sound familiar? The night vision image will not work. During daylight hours it does, in fact, work well enough, so far (one day in), and, although image quality is not that great I was entirely prepared to be happy with it. No dice. The thing just quits at dusk. I'm not going to bother fighting with them to get a refund or any repairs done. Rather than suffer any further aggravation, I intend to plant this thing on top of ten pounds of Tannerite and see if I can get another Chinese satellite into low earth orbit. If I can manage that I will send China a bill for the extension of their space program. As soon as that's done I will replace my mistake with an American made unit.

this is a very good camera it show a very clear picture even from long distance if you set your colors right.
